Site Visit: Seymour Leisure Centre, London

Summary

Join CIOB London Tomorrow's Leaders for a look at this innovative refurbishment of Seymour Leisure Centre a Grade II listed building which will be redeveloped into a modern leisure centre whilst retaining the buildings art deco features.

The centre will provide a new open gym space, with spin and aerobic studios, 5 court sports hall, refurbishment of the original small pool and the introduction of libraries and registrars departments.

Also, there will be a new ASHP & PV system to help reduce the Centres Carbon impact

The session includes a brief discussion about the project with Stuart Rooney, Construction Manager at Willmott Dixon.

All attending this site visit must have the following PPE a hi-vis, hard hat, gloves and protective footwear.
