What is Members’ Forum?

Members’ Forum is a bi-annual event, bringing together leading construction professionals globally, with many activities to take part in, including site visits, workshops and strategy development meetings.

The delegates of this event are representatives from each of our Local Hub Committees across the globe; the CIOB Board of Trustees and Officers; and the CIOB Leadership Team and key members of staff.

Our goal is to be inclusive, reflect on achievements and successes, identify challenges for the coming year and listen to the voices of our local regions.

Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The CIOB's AGM guarantees the effective governance of the organisation. It strengthens member engagement, sets strategic priorities, and upholds the institute's mission to advance the construction industry globally.
Annual Review
The annual review serves as a comprehensive reflection on the institute's achievements, challenges, and strategic initiatives over the past year.
Institute Governance
We are governed by a Royal Charter and registered as a charity in England, Wales and Scotland. Because of this, we are bound to operate in a way that is transparent and inclusive.
