About the Role
Are you a results-driven marketing professional with a passion for multi-channel campaigns? Join the CIOB Academy and help drive engagement, sales, and brand awareness for our training, CPD, and technical resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement annual marketing plans, drive engagement, and track campaign success.
- Social media: Manage Academy social media, create content, and oversee paid LinkedIn ads.
- Digital Marketing: Run targeted Google Ads and SEO strategies, optimise the website, and track performance.
- Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, coordinate asset distribution, and manage newsletters.
- Analysis & Reporting: Monitor marketing performance, report insights, and optimise campaigns.
About You
- Proven experience in commercial marketing and campaign delivery.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and analytics.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and build stakeholder relationships.
- A degree in marketing or a CIM qualification(or working towards one) is desirable.
