Jamie Quinn

Jamie is a Chartered Environmentalist and a Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IMEA), with 20 years of experience in the discipline. Prior to joining Argent, he held senior roles at large international organisations including EQUANS, ENGIE, Cofely GDF-SUEZ and Balfour Beatty, leading the development and implementation of environmental and social programmes across the built environment sector. He has extensive experience in Net Zero, energy efficiency, electric vehicles, sustainable construction, and infrastructure alongside social impact programmes.

He is the former Chair of "Our Park Life" Community Interest Company (Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park) and led the development of an Independent Scrutiny Board (Chaired by Lord Kerslake) to assess non-financial performance. Jamie has developed partnerships with industry bodies, academia, and third sector achieving industry awards recognising both environmental and social impact.
