Thomas O' Connor from Collen Construction is the Construction Manager of the Year 2013 for management of 3 substations in Tallaght, Blanchardstown and Clonshaugh.
The winners of the Construction Manager of the Year Awards 2013 were presented with their awards on Friday 7th June at the Conrad Hotel in Dublin.
