Michael has over 35 years of experience in the construction, real estate, and corporate sector, not only locally in Malaysia but also in the UK, Australia, and South Africa. He has served in top management positions including being MD/CEO of various award public listed property companies prior to his retirement. He is currently Chairman of InvestKL and other investment holding companies including the largest Airport Duty-Free and KLIA Airport Hotels. He sits on the boards of several public listed companies including a global bank in the past as an independent director. He was recently elected as the Vice President of the CIOB and also a Past President and Patron of the Real Estate and Housing Developers Association of Malaysia.  He often speaks at seminars and conferences and is a guest lecturer for the Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development at UTAR.
