The 2024 Irish general election to elect the 34th Dáil is due to be held on Friday, 29 November 2024. It will elect 174 Teachtaí Dála (TDs) across 43 constituencies to Dáil Éireann, the lower house of the Oireachtas, Ireland's legislature.

CIOB, as a chartered professional body, has been engaging with parties across the political spectrum to ensure that policies to improve the built environment are given the importance necessary to ensure that the construction industry can continue to be a key economic driver in Ireland.
