Fairouz Ghanem is a sustainability professional specializing in embodied carbon analysis, circular economy, and sustainable building certifications, with a strong focus on leadership in sustainability. She has provided technical guidance for achieving Net Zero carbon targets, supported world-class sustainability certifications, and mentored teams in implementing effective sustainability strategies.


Vladka Johnson, Senior Sustainability Advisor, Laing O'Rourke

Vladka Johnson started in sustainability in 2017 as an Environmental & Sustainability Coordinator at Built and moved to Laing O’Rourke in 2020 specialising in Sustainability. Vladka Johnson is a GSAP & ISAP as well as loves being outdoors in nature and has a serious plant collection.


Erin Miller, Sustainability Strategy and Innovation Analyst, Laing O'Rourke

Erin Miller is a Sustainability Strategy and Innovation Analyst at Laing O’Rourke Australia where she is an integral part of the Low Carbon Materials team that is dedicated to reducing Scope 3 emissions through the progressive use of sustainable materials. She has worked on both implementation of business decarbonisation policy and assisting construction projects to reduce their Scope 3 emissions through concrete and steel design and procurement strategies.


Moderator: Enda Seyama-Heneghan, Engineer | Sustainable Buildings, Arup

Enda Seyama-Heneghan is a Sustainable Buildings Engineer at Arup, passionate about shaping the built environment towards net zero and holistic positive impacts. She is experienced in building whole-of-life embodied carbon assessments and design management for sustainability certifications. Enda is currently the CIBSE ANZ Vice-Chair.
