Summary
The Procurement Act 2023 is aimed at shaking up public procurement by introducing new procurement procedures, new transparency requirements,The question on the minds of many is how much the new Act will alter the day to day running of procurement processes, and where the risks lie in ensuring compliance in this new landscape.
This talk will break down some of the major changes under the Act and the new National Procurement Policy Statement, and what they mean for both contracting authorities and suppliers.
