Summary

British Offsite is bringing extra speed, flexibility and reliability to traditional construction with our next generation light gauge steel framing system and infill panels. We’re not reinventing the wheel of construction. We’re making the wheel in a far better way, with the pre-manufacture of more components on our panels to drive productivity.

UNisystemSFS infill panels and our UNisystemLB light gauge steel system are precision-manufactured on our advanced robotics assembly line and arrive on site with the cavity build-up included. Sheathing board, insulation, vapour control layer, cavity barriers, brick-tie channel or façade support, windows and doors can all be preinstalled, combining the work of up to five trades into one panel.

Together with Randek AB, we’ve created one of the most automated light gauge steel panel assembly lines in Europe and the largest single production line in the UK to date. Automation and productivity solutions are complemented by skilled operatives. Working together they have quadrupled our production capacity to 10,000 lm – the equivalent of 6,000 homes per year.
