Ayo is a qualified professional with significant expertise in the Built Environment sector in the UK. He collaborates closely with the CIOB and prominent industry stakeholders to enhance cooperation among clients, practitioners and end users. Throughout his career, Ayo has worked with Tier 1 contractors, investors, and clients, engaging in the development and execution of infrastructure and construction projects across the rail, education, civic and residential sectors.

He specialises in strategic decision-making and due diligence during critical phases of the project lifecycle. In his role as a consultant, Ayo advises clients, contractors and practitioners, guiding strategic initiatives essential for ensuring safe and sustainable business growth. His primary areas of interest include Project Management, Product Development, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Offsite Manufacturing, Sustainable Infrastructure, Fire Safety, Strategic Procurement and Innovation.
