CIOB Tomorrow’s Leaders Community Now Open to Members

Towards the end of last year, we provided an update on the development of the CIOB Tomorrow’s Leaders Community. We are now at the point where we can open this community to our wider membership with plenty of opportunities to get involved.

Aimed at those in the early stages of their construction career, Tomorrow’s Leaders is a global community designed to support CIOB members who would like to untap their leadership potential. Our founding members, many of whom came from our previous Novus network, have worked with us to shape and design this new community. 

For our members who choose to join Tomorrow’s Leaders they will gain access to a platform full of emerging talent, where their influence within the CIOB can grow, supported with tailored learning and opportunity to build a powerful network.

We are delighted to now invite our members to take up their positions in this new community. Student members of the CIOB, excluding experienced practitioners, will be automatically opted in, however, the community is open to all and those sitting in other grades of membership, who feel they would benefit from this community, can now opt in using the following form. 

For those looking to play a more active role in the community, the opportunity to become a Tomorrow’s Leaders Champion is now available too. 

Our Tomorrow’s Leaders Champions across the globe are already leading the way, delivering activity aimed at the Tomorrow’s Leaders audience and playing a vital role in inspiring the next generation, whilst at the same time progressing in their own personal and professional development. Why not take the opportunity to join this diverse, ambitious and emerging group of professionals by expressing an interest in the role now. This short form is there to support us in supporting you, enabling us to find out what excites you about the role and what you would like to achieve on a personal level. As a Tomorrow’s Leaders Champion, you will automatically become part of the Tomorrow’s Leaders Community. 

Being able to welcome members into the community is an exciting step forward but development of the community does not stop there. Over the coming months we will be working to enhance the offering for this audience, with the development and introduction of new products and services. Those who join early will be the first to benefit from these and will support us in shaping future propositions.
