As many of our members will already know, we at the CIOB have been working on a new online system to add even more value to the relationship you have with us. Behind the scenes we have been working hard to design, develop, test and implement the new membership portal. Every department from membership to marketing has had input and we are really excited about presenting the new portal to members soon.

Behind the scenes we have been working hard to design, develop, test and implement the new membership portal. Every department from membership to marketing has had input and we are really excited about presenting the new portal to members soon.
We wanted to create a user friendly online experience for members (and potential members) which will help you navigate to areas you’re interested in. So whether you’re a student or a Fellow, the information presented will be relevant to you. This new system will allow us to better personalise content depending on what you’ve told us you’re interested in – it will give you greater power to tailor the way we communicate with you, tell us more about yourself and the things that matter to you, and greater ability to take advantage of offers that will benefit you and your career.
Sounds easy, right?! We have had many ups and downs along the way – and like any project of this nature, there have been unexpected issues and challenges. The dedication and passion from colleagues to get it right for our members never faltered and that comes from the dedication and passion our members have for the CIOB.
In order to make this a reality, our current online portal will be unavailable from 22 June 2018 whilst we transition to the new system, which is planned to go live at the beginning of July. During the transition you will not be able to access your account with us, or update any applications you may have underway.
You don’t need to take any action now but shortly after the new system is live you will receive an email from us with a registration link to access the new portal.

Update: The new portal is rolling out to members from Thursday 5 July and you should be receiving an email from that date with details about accessing the new system.
