Kiss House is an award winning CIOB chartered building consultancy on a mission to build brilliant homes that enhance the lives of their occupants. We design and deliver turnkey homes across the UK for self and custom builders, and we innovate building products and systems to make those homes perform optimally and decarbonise construction.
We offer a total solution for delivering exceptional housing projects and specialise in custom build. To this end we launched Kiss Custom www.kisscustom.co.uk to offer plots with planning consent for customisable Kiss House homes in late 2023.

Kiss Custom is our turnkey custom build package. It removes the barriers to self-build by bringing to market plots with planning permission for high quality homes that can be customised to customer requirements — enabling self-build without the stress.
Our homes are Passivhaus certified and net zero carbon, they use natural materials wherever possible and marry great design with optimal performance. They are very cost efficient to run — in fact we guarantee zero running costs for 5-years through Octopus Energy for eligible designs. We manufacture in controlled off-site conditions in the UK.
