Join us for a site tour of the remarkable regeneration project that Tilbury Douglas are currently delivering - Oldham Old Library.

This project represents a unique blend of heritage preservation and modern innovation.

The restoration strategy meticulously integrates the preservation of key historical elements with state-of-the-art digital infrastructure and low-energy systems. This approach not only ensures long-term sustainability but also meets the demands of modern use, all while honouring the legacy of this Grade II listed building.

Pay and Display Parking is available outside the Library.

PPE Requirements:

5 Point PPE must be worn on this site visit. Please bring your own PPE to include safety boots, hard hat, gloves, goggles and Hi-Viz jacket.
