ADHD is a developmental difference of the brain’s self-management system. Both adults and children can be diagnosed with ADHD, and no two people with ADHD are the same.

Strengths and challenges can differ from person to person, and this episode aims to provide a greater appreciation of ADHD via the sharing of lived experiences "From the Horse's Mouth"

This episode highlights how this diverse talent pool can help close the skills-gap in the construction and life-science sector and add real value in our ever-changing industry.
