Summary

CIOB Tomorrow’s Leaders and G4C Constructing Excellence North West are collaborating together to deliver a one of a kind event aimed at young professionals, graduates, students and people new to the construction industry. With support from Manchester School of Architecture and our headline sponsors, we are looking to deliver an event which flips the attendee’s perspective about networking. The “Master your Networking Game” CPD event represents the adventure of growing the personal brand by overcoming obstacles and utilising the correct techniques to get ahead of the game.

This event will focus on enhancing communication techniques, refining personal branding, and leveraging social media platforms, like LinkedIn, to foster better relationships that can lead to career growth and future opportunities. Attendees will engage in an interactive workshop, get to listen to inspiring keynote speakers and participate in real-time networking sessions designed to put their newly acquired skills into practice.

By the end of the event, participants will leave with a toolkit of effective networking strategies and a network of like-minded peers, ready to navigate the complexities of the modern professional landscape with confidence and poise.
