Summary
How does each contract differ in its response to the same factual scenarios?This half day seminar will cover the changes brought about by the new JCT 2024 suite of contracts that are currently in publication and recent updates to the NEC suite.
Many problems arise on projects where the Contractor or Consultant, or both, fail to operate the contract properly. Our expert speakers will take you through the two main forms of contract used in the UK construction industry by applying the same factual situation to each contract.
We have produced a set of commonly occurring scenarios to emphasise the differences, and what happens if you fail to operate the contract properly.
This should bring out the differences in each contract…some of which are quite striking!
