He is also specializing in various critical business domains, including special project delivery, strategic initiatives, and business research for the global market.

With his professional knowledge and intelligence, he was appointed as an industrial expert at Universiti Malaya. He focuses on providing more industry-pioneering insights and contributing more to the sustainability of the AEC industry locally and globally. He holds a PhD from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and has published research papers in the areas of quantity surveying, digitalization, project management, and more.
