PA Safety and Building Consultancy Limited is a long-established company specialising in the delivery of effective and sustainable solutions for the built environment. Our services fall under CDM 2015 (Principal Designer, Principal Contractor and CDM Advisor) and Building Consultancy (Construction Management and Project Management), as standalone, combined or integrated solutions.

Our projects include commercial and residential new builds, refurbishments, listed buildings, historic properties as well as low energy building and retrofit, including the Passivhaus and EnerPHit standards. We are CDM experts and have fulfilled the role of Planning Supervisor, CDM Co-ordinator and now Principal Designer throughout the various versions of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (1994, 2007 and 2015).

PA Safety and Building Consultancy Limited has achieved the prestigious status of Chartered Building Consultancy with the CIOB’s longstanding CBC Scheme, demonstrating our professionalism and integrity in construction.

We provide services throughout the UK, including Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Although based in Cambridgeshire, we cover the surrounding counties of Hertfordshire, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and London. However, with over 2000 successful projects under our belt we have also made our mark in Berkshire, Bristol, Buckinghamshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire, East Riding of Yorkshire, East Sussex, Gloucester, Greater Manchester, Hampshire, Kent, Merseyside, Oxfordshire, Shropshire, Surrey, West Midlands, West Sussex, Warwickshire and Wiltshire.
