Example of work 1
The Bridge Public House in Bishop Stortford is a well known popular freehouse, which suffered a devasting fire that destroyed much of this landmark high street building. We worked with the insurance loss adjuster and employer to reinstate the pub. We also created a larger basement, first floor bar and terrace area, with a new second floor one bedroom apartment.
Example of work 2
This period property is a Grade II listed 17th century three storey oak framed country house located in a rural village near Wantage. Following a severe fire which destroyed the roof and many period features, it was necessary to rebuild the original structure. The building was also extended by the owner adding value to create an attractive family home in keeping with its Grade II listing and rural village setting.
Example of work 3
A large multi tenanted industrial unit on the Isle of Sheppey suffered a severe fire to one of its units. The smoke and heat damaged the adjacent units causing heavy contamination and distortion of the structure and cladding. We helped to to ensure minimal disruption to the tenants working with the employer and their loss adjusters to manage the reinstatment work in tandem with a sperate contract to install a first floor mezzanine with new office space.
