Green Hat Consulting in Swansea was launched in May 2013 by Andrew Warring.
Having worked with principal and sub-contractors throughout his career, Andrew recognises the stringent requirements and margins they must adhere to.
Through Green Hat Consulting, he helps contractors meet quality and compliance standards that are required to win work and sustain positive working relationships in the construction industry.
Andrew is experienced in process and project management, having worked with a variety of construction companies, including ISG Construction, Vinci Construction, Stradform and Laing O'Rourke, over his 20 year career.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Building, IOSH and the Institute of Professional Photography, Andrew is at the forefront of industry developments and continually seeks improvement and innovation.
Andrew is also the recipient of a 2013 International Safety Award and a 2012 Considerate Constructors Silver Award.
As a Construction Consultant, Andrew's approach to client relationships is proactive and personal. He does not deliver standard advice, plans or documents. His vision for Green Hat Consulting is a tailored service that improves, relieves and makes a tangible impact.
